Data Privacy
Local Storage
All data is completely stored on your local computer:
- Environment Configuration: All configuration information for browser environments
- Cookie Data: Login status and session data
- Cache Files: Browser cache and temporary files
- Proxy Configuration: Proxy server settings
- Database: Uses SQLite local database
Data Security
- Data is not uploaded to the cloud
- Completely offline operation

Data Location
Windows System
Default data storage path:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\TgeBrowser\Main files:
- Database Files: Environment configuration and management data
- Environment Data: Independent data for each browser environment
- Configuration Files: Client settings
Custom Path
To modify data storage location:
- Close the client
- Move the entire data folder to target location
- Create shortcut or symbolic link
- Restart the client
Data Management
Backup Data
It is recommended to regularly backup the data folder:
- Close TgeBrowser client
- Copy the entire data folder
- Save to a secure location (such as external hard drive, NAS)
- Recommend regular backups (weekly or monthly)
Restore Data
Restore data from backup:
- Close the client
- Copy the backup data folder back to original location
- Overwrite existing data (note: backup current data first)
- Start the client
Migrate Data
Migrate to a new computer:
- Close client on old computer
- Copy the entire data folder
- Install TgeBrowser on new computer
- Copy data folder to corresponding location on new computer
- Start client, environments and configurations will load automatically

Common Issues
